Rockstar Games Launcher won't launch, failed to initialize SDK ERROR :-(

hello, need help, can't launch Launcher anymore, can't play.

 

i uninstalled, cleaned, reinstalled, deleted folders R* etc, cleaned registry, changed DNS & flush DNS, etc etc.

 

I'm stuck, no solution everywhere. Happens when updating then setup sdk.
