Rockstar Launcher says GTA V is running when it isnt.

I'm running into an odd bug with GTA V when I try to launch it it says it is already running, when it infact, is not running? how do i fix this? (I have RDE, ScripthookV & ScripthookV Nightly all up to date, and nothing has ever caused this before, what do i do??) edit; Restarted my PC still have this issue

Well somewhat better that I know I'm not the only one experiencing this problem and that hopefully someone finds a way to get around it

little bump, still have this problem

Looks like a Scripthookv update and validating game files fixed this. (hopefully a permanent patch)
