Mission with Timer in Fullscreen (Definitive Edition)

when i start a mission with timer(playing in fullscreen mode), i notice that the timer of the mission appear in the corner of the screen, cutting half of the bar. I tried to delete my mods, change the screen relosution and then i noticed  that if i run the game in windowed mode, the timer appears correctly(but only in 1080p). I want to know if this is a stupid problem or someone has had the same problem and if this can be solved easily or not.
