Casino Debt in DE?

Does anyone know if the Casino Debt bug has been fixed in the Definitive Edition?

Which bug is that? Describe a bit, any images/videos of it? I think it should be been fixed if it was anything game-breaking, is it the bug that you don't get a phonecall? (in the thread about the update I didn't find any reply talking about anything to do with the casino debt)

Yes. Sorry for not being terribly descriptive. I'm specifically talking about the bug where getting casino debt causes you not to get Cesar's phonecalls allowing you to progress the story after completing the Badlands.

 

However, I downloaded a save and tested it a little bit last night and I can say for certain that the glitch was never fixed on the DE version of the game.
