Loading bug

Hello, i'm new on this forum so sorry if i'm against any forum rules or anything.

Recently i'm seeing this bug that keeps persisting with my modpacks (image here:https://imgur.com/a/0oFZAhh). It happends casually when i get out of the car or even in the middle of the street on foot. I can't really imagine what is causing this so maybe someone here knows? If anyone is intrested to have a look at one of the modpacks that has this bug, here is the link (Fps Boost by Btw_Adytzu: https://mega.nz/file/xLlXTRiZ#B0JU5nRBvNYsjL5lnyTLzVmHMrNMmPksutqGhuHrTNo). It may not happend every time but it is frustrating because you need to force restart the game because you stay in that "Loading" screen that flashes continously and the chat overlapses itself and it is all buggy. Does the bug happens in single player mode?

i'm not intrested in single player mode because i don't play it, only sa:mp

"I don`t download a strange buggy 853 MB modpack from mega.nz" I can't say that you can trust me, but i don't really care about making a modpack that is a stealer/keylogger and s**t like that, i don't even know how to make this stuff, but yeah, if you want to be sure that you are not getting hacked you can try it on a VM. Like i said, i don't care about stealing s**t from others, i have a yt channel and hundred of people downloads my modpacks so you can say i care about my reputation. I upload them on Mega because it's easier for me to upload stuff there. I just want to help people and know what causes this issue, so when someone has this problem, i can help him.
