GTA SA Riot portion in the DE

Did they fix the Riot world even in the latest patch of the Definitive Edition? "Burning buildings" were not present in the previous patches. I just tried activating it via cheat and there were no such things. Perhaps it is present when you're really at that point in the story?

I have checked the Riot mission, there are no burning buildings/smoke coming out of anywhere like the original, I only heard a few explosions probably from the cars but nothing else aside the pedestrians carrying stuff. Also something else missing is the flickering street lights during the riot.

@44Orca I appreciate the help. Seems like I'm gonna have to hold off on getting to that part until they have it fixed. What I've noticed is that most of the civilians were carrying RPGs when I activated the cheat. As if the super-accurate pedestrians with shotguns and rifles weren't enough....

I think there were more fires in the PS2 version, even the original PC version had missing features (like all I see is the smoke and flickering lights, vehicles exploding, pedestrians carrying stuff), something just seems off on PC with the original too but either way.
