How to change tag on gta (SAMP)

I am playing on a samp server, i wanted to change the tags to ballas, but each time i do so, every tag works, except when i spray on it, it still shows GROVE ST 4 LIFE tag. How do i change my spray tag?

Is it a bug specific to the samp server?

 

FYI, i am using both spark and TXD editor. i changed the tags by switching them and then renaming them. All should be good, but when i spray over it, it shows me the GSF tag still.

 

For my safety, i am not using any CLEO or external mods, just wanted to replace textures by myself as to not get banned by the server where i am not allowed to discuss mods of any kind.
