Freezing PC black screen

My pc keeps on freezing, I thought it was at first because I used a recovery program on the same disk. Might sound stupid but I was risking it and hoping it didn't matter . I don't remember if it was happening before or after.

 

But anyways, I have also been changing the coolant paste. I thought that was it. 

But later on the problem still appeard.

I have been testing with another graphics card so it was not that either.

 

And today, I was re-installing Windows. 

But that didn't help either. 

 

I can also say that it makes a strange sound through the headset when it freezes.

Like 

"Beeeeeee"

 

The pc was slower today too.

 

I guess it is the CPU or the ram.

Perhaps it is the CPU. Because I was stupid and was not suiting the CPU heatsink correctly (by mistake) when I was building it first time 2021.

Anyone?

 

I got a suggestion that it could be the SSD. So I was replacing it. It didn't help either.

Also then I was quite sure that it was the ram, because it ran very slow and I was testing the pc with one ram one by one.

It just ran the fans at max and no picture at all. 

 

So I bought new ram, it runs much better.

But still didn't solve my first problem. 

Sadly.

 

Or I guess it is the CPU? Only the thing left.

Unless it is the drivers for the graphics card. But I was trying with another old graphics card and it didn't help either.

It could be literally anything. Are you getting blue screens? Stop codes? Is it just crashing during heavy use, or randomly at any time?
