And I got into the Army Base by wearing the cop clothes, but there was no Hunter helicopter in sight. Where can I find these prized possessions? The Hunter is available at the Army base after you've beaten the "Keep your friends close" mission. And yea, you need the cop outfit to get at it SAFELY. After 100 packages, the Hunter is available (although it doesnt always spawn) in ocean beach right at the edge of the island, near the lighthouse on a helicopter pad, also near that huge water fountain. Ya can't miss it. As for the Minigun: You need the 60 packages - also, After completing the 2nd mission for Phil Cassidy, his little hideout in little Haiti becomes another gun shop that sells rocket launchers, mini guns, M-60's, and the detonatable grenades.
