Is it normal to get the message saying “cheat activated” upon completing all 50 Taxi Driver fares? (Definitive edition iPad)

I just finished all 50 taxi fares and right when I got the mission complete music and the message about all taxis now having nitrous, I also got the “cheat activated” notification on the top left side of the screen. 
 

I’ve never used any cheats since getting the game let alone on this save file
 

I can only find one mention of this online, and it’s a Reddit post where the guy is saying his save file says cheats have been activated after completing the taxi fares. I’m playing the definitive edition on iPad.

Hmm... maybe it's because it unlocks Unlimited Nitrous? Idk, never had the pop up.
