Mission 'Riot' doesn't appear, $58 in Save Game Editor was set at 0, I have close to 140 mods

Close to 140 general mods, not counting all the cars mods but they don't matter here, right?
For some reason in Misc tab, Riot Mode was checked, I unchecked it but it didn't help with the problem
Last time playing through the game, $58 had some numbers to it and changing them to 0 helped and finishing the game was possible
Is my save/game f*cked completely?

well @spageti scarpetta..we will never know.. but it seems you have a good idea about global variables and Cleo/Sanny Builder so you can check your cleo scripts if they contain "$58" or any global variables.. some amateurs likes to use global and it directly affects the savefile..

just open your scripts (at cleo folder) with Sanny Builder and check if they contain the words which start with "$"

I have so many cleo scripts in cleo folder and modloader that I decided to uninstall the game and install it again, then beat Riot in vanilla and install mods again.
Pasted the Cut Throat Business savegame and launched it, but still, on a fresh game, Riot doesn't appear.
$58 is still at 0
What the hell?

Now I have a pure vanilla game, after reinstalling, no mods installed on it and still can't play the Riot mission, it's not there to be started

GTASNP.com says you haven't done Grove 4 Life yet. It is a requirement for the Riot mission.

Another problem, now the game is unplayable. It runs at around 3 FPS
I reinstalled it and started to lag massively after I added some mods
After another reinstallation it started to lag even sooner, with smaller number of mods
One or two reinstallation later, now even vanilla game is all messed up like this
Has it ever happened to somebody else? What to do now?

What system and version of the game is this from? It looks encrypted.

 

Edit: I found a bit of time to look in to this. It's an encrypted PS4 save. As far as I'm aware, it can only be decrypted on the PS4 that created it. I have no way of reading the save.
