Handsome Handyman Posted September 5 Share Posted September 5 The Zaibatsu were more than just a gang; they have various legitimate businesses behind the corruption and hold power in all 3 parts of Anywhere City. It's no surprise you'd hear them advertised even on a Yakuza-affiliated radio station. They are portrayed as a shadowy megacorporation with a lot of influence and power; that's how I see it anyways.
