Help!! New Android Phone - Lost Game Progress/Saves

On Android, I got a new phone and lost all progress

 

I've tried reinstalling, logging in and out to Rockstar account etc. 

 

Can anyone help? Please!

What happened to your old one? Wouldn't there be way to transfer them from the old one? This is for the definitive edition or not?

Only other way will be to download a save file from the mission you left off, from the following (if it isn't the definitive edition):

Has to be correct version. Other than that maybe someone who had the same issue might help, I don't have it on android but not many do here either.

All, I received contact back from support. I had to manually move my saved files from my old phone to the new one via my PC and my progress was restored FYI.
