Possible glitch on the save file? [GTAVC Definitive Edition]

So I've been playing the game and the experience was mostly fine except for the stuttering slowdown while opening the pause menu. (If anyone knows on how to fix it, that'll be great as well!)
I didn't use any mods. When I checked upon the game saves to see the completion, one of the quest I finished some time ago is marked as incomplete.
Would it be possible that the save checker read it incorrectly?
I'm aiming for full completion of the game, so this would matter to me. So if the save file is botched, I may reconsider to do something or restart from the beginning, or if anyone has any suggestion in regard to it.

This does look like a bug on gtasnp.com. I see other saves where the recent mission name is Guardian Angels but it is still unchecked in the checklist. I'll see about getting it fixed later today.
