Ive seen FAQs that say the Ocean Beach Pad or the Ocean Beach Mansion, which I assume is the mansion by the lighthouse...but its not there. Nope wasnt there for me when i got 100 packages....but it was at army base.....so if you cant see it at ocean beach pad then like everyone said check the army base..... Nup havent finished the game yet....only 78 % done....but have 100 packages... this is the PC im talking about..maybe it is different?
