[REL|IV] vs Immersive NY

Which one is better? Immersive NY has real buildings(?) but it seems that RELIVE has more road and subway signs. Also, my GTA 4 patch is 1.0.4.0, which I know works for Immersive NY, but I'm not sure for RELIVE. ANOTHER THING, can I use them at the same time, or is there a better mod than those 2?

Hey dude, Yeah Immersive NY is a pretty good collection of New York theme mods, but the "author" basically just compliled a bunch of existing mods, including mine, without permission, and released it as a pack. Its fine for what is is, but don't expect me to endorse it.
