Hi David, I'm Federico. I would like to create a new format on the definitive editions of GTA San Andreas. I have already done many actions and interactions but I would like to add something new and exclusive. I have a lot of ideas... I'm contacting you because I need to find someone who can create new effects for this game. Do you have any experience on this?  Please let me know. I need the mods for the definitive editions. Hello, sorry for my late response.
It's been more than a year (almost two) since I've stopped working on the modding of the final version, as there are still quite a few limitations there.

I know how to add special effects inside the .fxp file but I don't know how to create special effects from scratch (original PC version only).
