No Camera Movement following Character

GTA San Andreas Multiplayer (SAMP) Issue.

I recently started playing in WTLS2 server(IP: s2.gta-multiplayer.cz:7777). Soon as I logged in everything was going great and when I started moving around trying to find a way outside the airport where I got spawned initially. After running a few steps my camera got stuck at one place and I could freely move my character and my camera wasnt following the character. For example, in when we get inside a garage as our camera gets stuck in one place and we could control the character inside the garage freely and the camera didnt follow the player. Same thing was happening and i tried restarting the game and loggin in the server again but it was the same with no fixes. I dont really know if this issue is with my game or the server. Please if anyone had faced the same issue or have a solution. Please help me. For refference i would be posting an video along with it showing the issue i am facing.

 

I am using the GTA SA v1.0 and R1 SAMP client.
