Mission Marker stuck on the map after completing the mission

I know it's a common issue and very annoying to the point where I stopped playing the game now haha but is there anyone who can help with cleaning up the save file to remove the two mission markers? got them after failing love fist mission for the first time and they didn't go away later on. here is my save file

Never seen this before, does this happen due to mods? The icons don't look like in the original game.

If it isn't a legit copy then it could have such similar issues and more, some are heavily modded, in support sections here there have been similar stuff. (see forum rules No Warez)

With GTA SA some users do edit saves, didn't know it's possible with VC.
