Classic GTA games coming to PS Plus Catalogue?

This would be the perfect time to bring the original version of the Trilogy back to a modern platform (other than the RGL link that Rockstar goes out of its way to hide for whatever reason). Realistically, though, it wouldn't surprise me if those were some of the few games that don't end up getting added to the service; I could see R*/T2 being stubborn, greedy and petty enough to continue forcing the DE down everyone's throats without any other (officially accessible) option. I also wouldn't count on VCS making it, due to all of the hurdles with music licensing and/or Phil Collins's likeness that have kept the game from being rereleased since 2013 (as a PS2 Classic on PS3, which has since been delisted).

 

EDIT: I remember reading the other day that this company was also responsible for the PS2 on PS4 releases from ~2015-2017 or so. Hopefully R*'s involvement here wasn't just referring to that.
