regarding gta iv editing/changing sounds

im just looking for a tool for gta iv editing or changing sounds like replacing niko's voice with carl johnson's voice or maybe my voice if possible such as Alci's SAAT gui Frontend (tool for changing sounds of gta sa), can you pls tell me the name of the tool?

if you want to replace the sounds of Niko during gunfights, hurt sounds and other stuff, you need OpenIV and IVAUD

the sounds of Niko are in speech.rpf/speech

Extract the desired ones and in IVAUD, open it
now you gotta right click the desired sound, replace selected and search for ye' file

It's recommended that you use the same HZ
and it's gotta be in 16-bit signed pcm format
