Are there any active GTA IV Online communities?

As title says. I missed out on the days of GTA IV Multiplayer when it was alive and i'm looking to experince it properly, i know freemode is kinda of active but i want to experince the full extent of it. Either xbox or downgraded pc.

Great gaming community in the early days. We used to have gangs or crews and we mainly communicated thru PS3 group chat. 

 

IMO GTA V is shelter to kids and hackers. My big ticket is kids killing people on those flying motorbikes whatever they’re called, and hackers creating those races featured in the sky with driving across containers, death match with those helmets and some death match games also located in the sky featuring containers and fences with crowbars etc .. bad bad times.
