GTA IV 1.0.7.0: Unable To Load Scripthookdotnet.asi Error 126

I cannot install properly gta IV with scriptookdotnet.asi. Its always says that error that I wrote in the topic. I downgraded my game to 1.0.7.0 v with GTA 4 Downgrader. And when I did this, I tried to install SHDT.asi and always game runs with this error. I tried everything: install 1.7.1.7b scripthook; installed VC Redist(newest version); DOtNet Framework(newest version too); I have installed geforce experience, d.sound asi. And this is a pointless to me, cause its always gives this f*cking error. Can someone help me with it?

What is shdt.asi and where did you get it? Scripthookdotnet requires specific versions (they may be not latest!) of msvc++ and .net.
