Can't enter bought houses

I'm playing the definitive edition (Netflix) on Ipad. 

Some houses that I buy don't have the yellow cone to enter them and they aren't shown on the map. One of the houses that I can't enter is shown in the water. 

And now also a mission is shown in the water when it should be shown at the cranberry station. I should also be able to buy the car showroom but the symbol to buy it just disappeared and the door is just open. Still can't do anything with it. 

Don't know what to do
