That is intentional for now, it is the theme specifically for the VI section at the moment. Once everybody gets to bask in the neonness we can revert it back to user-choice. Every time we navigate or refresh to a new page, it's a sudden burst of light and it's not great. Reminds me of getting flashbanged in Counter-Strike or something. If this can't be changed I'm gonna go back to the OG blue theme.
