For me it is King Courtney from the Liberty City games in the 3D era. How he got away without a hole in his membrane is dumb. I know Manny Escuela dies at the hands of Elizabeta Torres but I would’ve gotten a lot of pleasure in taking his sorry bum out too. I honestly also felt like SHE was pretty darn annoying too. I could care less either way if we got to assassinate her just as long as we didn’t get to hear her annoying voice again. And yes, I know she gets pinched. Don't forget she's the reason Roman ends up in so much debt . TBH though I think the story never really clearly communicated why she was sleeping around with Vlad; I know it's due to debt payments, but the cut lines implied there was genuine attraction between Vlad and Mallory. Granted, Roman was supposed to be an even bigger cheater in the beta version, and some of those calls/lines were removed to make Roman more sympathetic, though he still wasn't fully faithful. I will say though, it's satisfying to seem them happy together in the Revenge ending. It's cute.
