SA Classic San Andreas suddenly wont load any saves

Hello,

 

I am having problem with San Andreas (old version) for couple days, I can't seem to load any saved games or even start a new game. Every time I hit Load or Start a new game I get fastman92limitAdjuster error (attached below).

 

Also its not a game problem itself, but seems like something PC related, because it works when I boot Windows from another drive (I have second Windows on USB).

 

I have tried updating Windows, antivirus, disabling antivirus, updating gpu drivers, deleting saves and everything in Documents folders with SA settings etc, updating fastman92limitAdjuster, using San Andreas backup copy (I'm in the middle of modding the game and I make backups), using old backup copy (years old zipped backup) - but the game seems fine since it works on other Windows.

So I have found a solution - reinstalled OS and everything is fine now. Didn't reinstalled the game, used exactly same files... I think its some limit adjuster fault and dll's it uses.
