Robada (Nevada) - This one is actually a bit tricky, since 3D Era SA has Tierra Robada in its state, one could easily assume that an actual Robada exists but without Las Venturas.

Capital City (Washington D.C.) - Mentioned on the distance travelled statistic in GTAIV.

Anywhere City (somewhere in the U.S.) - It was mentioned in the description of the Furore GT in GTAV that this city from GTA2 still exists in the HD universe. Though because of the generic name, it's not really known where it is.

And then there's also Bullworth which in the shop class activity featured the stallion from 3D Era with a reused GTAVC license plate texture, strongly suggesting it too takes place in the 3D GTA universe. Though I'm not sure where it would be exactly. My guess is maybe somewhere in Maine.

Matter of fact is RDR locations for example don't exist in the GTA/Manhunt universe, just saying in case. And I wouldn't consider mentions like "Detroit" in GTA Online being on some flyer canon either.
