After Installing SA DirectX 2.0 on Win10 the game the game no longer launches

I decided to install SA Direct X 2.0 for better graphics after i add some CLEO scripts for better gameplay .

I followed a YouTube tutorial to install it and did everything correctly .

 

After installing it i lauch the gmae and iand the game won't start.

I did some research and I deduce that it's because I'm on Windows 10
the game still doesn't launch but my task manager tells me that the game has launched
help me pls 

 

 

 

(i start the game only two days ago and i watched so much tutorials, i install CLEO, ModLoader and its a cracked version)
