ERR_GTX_STATE Error - AMD Software dected that a driver timeout has occurred

Hey so I've been getting this error when I load the game and start playing.
I've tried everything known to man on the workarounds and re-installing my Graphics Drivers.

 

AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
32 Gig Of Ram
XFX 7800xt Graphics

anyone else in the same boat as me?
