San Andreas Definitive Edition mobile can't see cones in driving school

So I noticed that in the driving school the cones don't appear until I'm like 10 feet away from them. They're being treated as ground clutter like bushes and grass so they don't load. I actually have passed all gold (except for city slicker) but it's just annoying. I can't find anything on Google so I'm trying to figure out if its just my phone for some reason? I'm gonna try messing with graphic settings but I doubt there's anything I can set. They should have allowed us to change rendering distance for ground clutter.

 

This is actually a vital part of playability in the driving school. I can't believe they just ignored this problem. It's like nobody play tested? Wth?
