Gillian's GTA IV Modding Guide
is what you link the noobies to when they just got gta iv and don't know what the hell their doin!!

Anyway, this guide is an all-in-one. It's oriented at people who have never modded IV before, and in some places, at tech savvy people too. 

It includes:

• A downgrading guide, featuring my Downgrade Utility, ItsClockAndre's Downgrader, Tomasak's (?) Radio Downgrader and GTASnP.
• Optimizing tweaks, featuring my Setup Utility, a driver installation guide and a DXVK installation guide (along with reasons to why it 'works' and why it may not 'work').
• Additional setup, featuring optimal launch options and graphics settings.
• My own modpack, very originally called "Drag-and-Drop Archive".
• Instructions for installing ZolikaPatch and FusionFix (together too, see GFWL Patch)
• A multiplayer page with instructions for setting up GFWL, GTA Connected, and in future, HappinessMP.
• A page for setting up trainers, featuring ZMenuIV, Liberty's Legacy.
• A page with basic instructions on OpenIV usage.
• A page with basic instructions to using Fusion Overloader and/or IV Tweaker (did you know that you can use them together?)
• Featuring Clonk's Launcher.
• A huge list of vanilla-friendly mods.
• And more!

 

You can comment for more additions here, but I'd rather you did that on the Discord server, as I'm most frequent there. You can also contribute yourself and track the list of changes.
