Dukes Bay Bridge and toll

Why does the toll after that bridge and the bridge itself both have white dashed lines dividing the lanes if presumably no passing is allowed and they're separate traffic directions? It's not Europe, it's the United States.

A lot of the signage and road indications are wrong in the GTA series. Even most of the traffic lights are placed at the wrong side of the intersection.

Wrong side for North America perhaps, but in Europe, it's normal to have traffic signals like that. Like instead of having them far across, they'll be right where you stop.

Yep, I have a mate that vacationed in the US and the first day he was there he accidentally ran a red light and got pulled over. He was making a left turn and in his European mind you don't pass the red traffic light unless you're going straight.
