Seculauncher error help

can someone help me with this seculauncher error? i downgraded to 1.0.8.0 and 1.0.7.0 and both have the same error i tried launching as administrator and the compability for windows 7 i tried installing visual c++ like 8 times and i still have the same errror

Follow this guide on downgrading again if you haven't, if you had the game on steam. (you might have to reinstall the game clean if you are able to and retry downgrading).

(Unless you did and followed the same one?)

I assume you are opening the game with playgta4.exe right? Or LaunchGTAIV exe, those only launch the game. Try having up to date gpu drivers and all that I guess.
