clean getaway mission problem

when it is time to wash the vehicle, I approach the washing station but the yellow marker does not appear on the ground, I still try to enter the washing station but nothing happens, help please :((((

Don't know what it might be, is it a clean copy first of all? I found this here:

For other similar problems like internet not working, the issue was always this. Unless you have modded the game maybe something might have caused that?

yeah i've downgrade gta iv to 1.0.0.4 to use ICEnhancer 3 , do you think that's the problem ?

Test the mission on your Steam/RGL unmodded version, if it works there then yeah perhaps? (If you have to reinstall it go ahead and do that)

I think it's best to have two different folders, one for modding, one without, if you do have the space for that.

So you have the game on steam right?

I did test the mission on my downgraded game (1040) and it worked fine for me. If Downgraded with this link here, (1040) So yeah you will have to reinstall the game clean and redo the downgrading. (but don't install mods yet.)

Then I put commandline text with this: -availablevidmem 2.0

And the xlive/livlessaddon < (After all this, try opening the game and see if it works, if the mission can be passed now)

This is the guide for 1080 but had the links above too. But you don't need anything else I think, just what is above should be fine like I did.

Now if the mission still has that issue then might be a modding problem? idk.

finally I deleted all my gta IV mods but if I decide to put back a graphics mod I will test!! THANKS
