GTA III Steam error

I recently downloaded GTA III on steam, this is what i get:
Modloader
This game is not supported
Game info:

Unhandled Exception: c0000005

You are trying to mod the game? I think for steam you need to downgrade it.

Removing the modloader etc then it should work on steam.

I didn't, just installed the game and executed it, and then showed me the error

Edit: I resolved the Modloader problem, now i need help with the Unhandled Exception: c0000005
