GTA IV (PC) - Help out of the ordinary

Hi everyone, I'll get right to the point: "Can you reset through a save editor the deaths on GTA IV?" And I'm not just talking in terms of numbers but in terms of a complete reset, let me explain. When on the various GTAs you die for the first time we all know that we are shown a "tutorial" of what happens. Even if I reset my death numbers, that wouldn't change the fact that if I try to die again the tutorial no longer comes out consequently debunking the fact that I never died. I know this is a special request and I would understand if as a result it is not possible to help me, but if I am wrong, well thank you very much because I am probably the only one in the world who thinks this kind of stupid thing. I look forward to your answers.
