You can try verifying the game files from the rockstar launcher settings or from steam perhaps that might fix it? But since it's a save file issue I kinda doubt it. Money getting bugged like that causing a crash seen that only once here with the chain game, you'd have to reload from a previous save file if you have or download a new one with those missions completed, there's no other solution to it I think. But you can still continue with the missions, just avoid the money there.

Now I am just saying here that these similar problems and others I've seen happen also with "some" pirated versions of the game, I am not saying it is, just some have mods in them or other different stuff that can cause issues.
