A bit of help please!! !! !!

So I recently have been having a really really hard time getting my GTA San Andreas to works properly. I have played the game unmodded or well as close as you can get to unmodded with all the Fixes in the Essentials Pack, so I went ahead and installed, let's just say more than a couple of mods to get the game's quality of life up. Now the problem is I keep either experiencing random crashes (which usually start for me around when I've completed 70% of the game's story) or mod specific crashes because I have tried to diversify the pool of mods I use a bit more. So tl;dr I have been having two problems (for now atleast): First, with RoSA Evolved's Interior textures. They literally will not load in-game for some reason. I didn't have this problem in the past when RoSA was just one complete mod (y'know now it's been seperated in RoSA Evloved - Exteriors and RoSA Evolved  - Interiors); so there's that. And Secondly, I'm having a crash with Proper Player Retex where if I try to get a cornrow on the mission Ryder (Yes I can't even make it past the second fricking mission because of all of there problems with modding) it just straight up crashes. Now I could just remove the mod but I have played with Proper Player Retex in the past aswell and again THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE! So in essence if any one of you beautiful people on here can help a brother out I would really appreciate it. Oh and here's the log dump from my recent crash with PPR:
