Bug with Boat School

Can someone help me, when i start "Flying fish" mission, spawn me underwater and when i go up i die..

It was fine for me, might have to do with some mods you installed or something that might be doing that, messing game code?

I don't know if this could be a similar issue but check this topic too<

 

Here's save file with only flying fish passed so you can continue with the rest if those above don't solve it. If you want all of them passed by the way say so!
