If GTA IV had a prequel explaining the moments that lead to the events of the game. what you think it should include?

GTA V had Online events before the storymode to show what Trevor Phillps, Lester Crest, and Lamar Davis were doing.

GTA SA had a prequel.

GTA Vice City and GTA 3 had GTA Liberty Stories and GTA Vice City Stories.

 

If GTA IV had something similar like that, what you characters and gangs would you like to see the prequel focus on before the events of that game?

Under utilised characters/gangs (Jermaine, the "Meltdown" guys - Tuna etc, Lyle Rivas, The Lupisellas, The Spanish Lords, I could go on all day...) could be expanded upon, and depending how far back it's set it could free up the map a bit (less cranes in Algonquin etc) and explain what the hell happened to the Sprunk Factory and the Casino in Alderney and could show what was there before the unfinished bridge in Bohan was started. 

Could show HD LC before gun control was cracked down upon by having Ammunations and stuff.

Liberty City Chronicles, where you play as characters like LJ, Packie, Faustin, Phil Bell, Jim Fitzgerald, Malc, Armando & Henrique

 

To show their lives in Liberty City before the arrival of Niko on the Platypus.

I think at least one of the Episodes from Liberty City should have taken place BEFORE Niko arrived in LC.

 

For one, I'd like to know what "scare" caused all the bridges to close.
