Please help with gta sa bug due to cheat!

I used the cheat AJLOJYQY (people on the city streets attack each other) and because of this there's always a fight in the gym and i can't start dating Michelle Cannes, who's in driving school in San Fierro. Because there is always some kind of bot next to her. While they are fighting, there is a sign above her that i can start a dialogue with her, and after the bot dies, she sits down and covers herself with her hands. Sometimes i manage to talk to her and give her a phone namber, but the date sign with her never appears on the map.
I don't have any mods, just used cheats.
The last mission i completed was "Deconstruction"
