How much percentage do Rampages give in GTA 3 Definitive Edition?

I did all 20 and my percentage didn't go up at all, is this normal? I was at 70% total completion before the Rampage and then after.

 

I got the Achievement on the Rockstar Launcher when I did the last one so what gives?

 

I saved after every Rampage was completed, my game never crashed and I never died once. 

 

Really hope I don't have to re start the game. I cannot stand Rampages not being tracked in the Definitive Edition.
