How do you change the radio station that's playing in stores (Cluckin Bell, Bowling Alley, etc)

If it's possible, how do you change what radio station the stores/restaurants are playing? For example, if I wanted to switch Cluckin Bell's music from playing Liberty Rock songs to play another station (ex. Independence FM).
