Missable unique jumps in SA?

I have one remaining unique jump to find and complete to achieve 100%, I know it's next to the driving school in Doherty. When I try to go into where it is, gate is closed and says no parking on it. I have driven around and came back at different points of the day but nothing seems to open it. I can fly into the place with the use of the jet pack no problem, but can't get in with a vehicle to complete the jump. Does anyone know how I can get the gate opened or have I missed my chance to get it and therefore never able to get 100% on this save?

Where you play this on, PC /PS2/Android? Original or Definitive Edition? It should be open if it's this location below at least for PC versions I have, but where does it say no parking space? Is it the wrong one?

 

Try jumping the gate with this type of truck? There's a way to lower the upper part I think, I don't remember.

I’m playing the Definitive Edition on PS4. I’ve completed everything in the game bar unique jumps but if the gate is only open during a mission then I’m done for. It’s so infuriating because if I get it then boom 100%. I’ll need to try with the truck above it just seems a lot more fiddly than it ought to be. The first picture is the correct place, but in my game there is a metal gate which won’t open with a sign which reads “no parking”

1: Have you completed the Yay Ka-Boom-Boom mission? If I'm not confused.

2: Unique jumps are not needed for 100% passing.

It is open for me even without mods on definitive edition, if you have in fact completed that mission I don't know what's the problem:

That truck is called packer, search on google for locations and see if that works jumping over with bike.

Yeah man, completed all missions and jumps are needed for 100% and platinum in definitive edition sadly which is why I’m so frustrated

I’ll need to try the truck and see if I can get it there with a bike. It’s frustrating knowing exactly where it is and the jumps found and done stats both saying 69 out of 70.

Jumping is not required for 100% completion.

 

And they are not needed to get platinum, I checked all the achievements and there is no achievement for completing all the jumps.

I’ve read online for 100% in definitive edition you need all jumps, control all territories and have all 6 girlfriends at 100%. I’ve done the 100% checklist bar the jumps and am still at 99.whatever%.

It's a fake. I passed the original and Definitive Edition 100% without having to have all territories and 6 girls and without jumps, and I also watched some others pass 100%, and they don't perform jumps and don't have 6 girls and don't have all territories, so performing jumps won't give you a single percent.

I’m super confused then because I’ve done all of the required on that list but am sitting at 99.47%. I’ve done all tags, horseshoes and oysters and done all the races, schools, gyms etc.

Hmmm, have you completed all 3 missions of The Chiliad Challenge? The game will give you percentages only after completing all three missions.

 

Have you completed all the missions of the stadium in Las Venturas? There are two missions there, one is available only on Monday and Wednesday (Dirt Track), the second is always available except Monday and Wednesday (Kickstart)

 

Have you completed all 4 rounds in Ammu-Nation Shooting Ranges?

Freight Train Mission has 2 LEVELS and apart from VC and III it's not obligatory to complete all USJs if you want to complete %100.. if you are not console player you can always post your savefile to http://www.gtasnp.com so we can find out what is missing

Your gate problem seems a bug but i don't think this is a mojor problem.. just try to upload your savefile and findout

 

Ohh by the way.. i've tried to park a packer in front of driving school sign and used as a ramp with NRG500.. i've accomplished to reach over the wall but i'm not sure if you can do this or not..
