Gta defective trilogy issue

Hi when i start gta defective trilogy it says a d3d11 compatible gpu feature level 11,0 shader model 5,0) is required to run the engine what does it mean and how can i fix it?

What's your system specs? GPU? It was happening with my old PC so I think it means you have an older graphics card that doesn't have that but what's the name of it so we know for sure?

 I don't see the gpu there aside the cpu and windows 11 (and I think your RAM too) I don't know what the rest are. If your RAM is 4GB then it's not supported for definitive edition it seems.

To see Graphics Card, right click start and open device manager should be there in display adaptors. Don't do anything to those just say what the names are for display adaptors/GPU.
