Fastman92 limit adjuster crash with Proper Fixes

HI! I have a clean copy with all the essentials of GTA San Andreas and when trying to install proper fixes with FLA it crashes in the middle of the loading bar. In the ini file of proper fixes it says that the mod needs Open Limit Adjuster or "configured" fla92.

But I found another issue with Fastman v7.6. Sometimes, the crash logs pop up during gameplay, caused by FLA failed to load data/audio/stream or data/audio/sfx. I never messed up with audio, but FLA frequently sent me logs, there's the problem with those.
