Which one is worst Roman Bellic or Ashley Bulter in terms of getting into trouble and mixing with the wrong crowds of people?

Roman Bellic and Ashley Bulter are two important side characters for Niko and Johnny but those two have gotten into trouble a lot that they need to have someone bail out. Who is worst?

My knowledge of TLAD is quite poor because it's the least of my favorites in the Episodes, but from what I remember, and considering the downfall of Johnny, I think Ashley is the worst.

 

Roman is... Well, he's Roman, he's an idiot but he's cool, Ashley is just bad.

Well put it like this Ashley’s f*cking around led to a series of events where Johnny go his head squashed like a mashed potato by Trevor a years later.

 

So clearly Ashley. Roman was only a minor liability for Niko, but they always pulled through.

Alright, here's my hot take, GTAIV and its narrative was caused by Roman tricking Niko into coming to LC, so Roman bad.

Roman just because, had he not lied to Niko in an attempt to get him to come to America, Niko never would've come to Liberty City and committed over 9,000 crimes and helped change the whole dynamic of the criminal food chain in LC

Ashley as a junkie is certainly the more toxic character but if the guestion is who triggered (unintentionally) more harmful events it's propably Roman. Didn't Niko start a criminal career to help out Roman?

The way I see it, Ashley crossed the line, Roman didn't. He may have fallen in with a bad crowd, but he never put Mallory in danger on purpose. His actions were well-meaning but awkward, whereas Ashley's choices led to the loss of Johnny and the TLAD MC. Let's say Roman was clumsy, but had good intentions and Ashley's mind was warped by the need to maintain an addiction and her ability to persuade others to do what she wanted.
