Is There A Way to Change the camera senstivity while in vehicles on PC using a controller

Trying to play IV on PC and the camera sensitivity just feels way too fast so I'm wondering if there's a way to adjust it in the game's files or something

Disable Handbrake Camera Fix in Fusion Fix.

Lock the game @30FPS, fixes all the issues. The game itself was built for 30FPS, from antimations to physiscs and all other timing related things are synced to 30FPS. The game has relatively low issues at 60FPS, but the handbrake cam is only fixed with turning it off or locked the game at 30FPS. Ingame (unconsistent frametime) or rather with rivatuner which results in more stable/flat frametime.
