Yep. All I had to do was to type in "false". Didn't work for the 1.3 SDK, probably because ClonkCoding needed an update as well for it to work. So far, CE's TBOGT works well with all of my scripthook and SDK mods. Though I haven't tested TLAD.

My scripthook mods are in the "scripts" folder. That folder should be in the main directory of GTA 4. Liberty Tweaks should be inside of the IV SDK's "scripts" folder in order for it to work properly.

Wait so I have to install Scripthook.net but remove the asi loader?

Installed everything from scripthook and placed them in the game directory. And OH MY GOD INDICATOR SCRIPT AND LCPDFR WORK WITH NO RAIN BUG WOOOOOOO

Yeah, forgot to mention that you don't need to remove the ScriptHook asi loader.

 

By the way, I also did notice that the interior rain bug doesn't show up as much anymore. Always was a scripthook problem.

I think the most similar mod to what you are talking about is Beaten and Bruised by Internet Rob, though the ped injuries still rely on the animations.

I mean, one where there are no "animations" and they're just in ragdoll state when injured and on the floor.

Ah, now I get you. Hopefully Liberty tweaks can have an update for that. That'll be awesome to see. Most of the injured and death static poses are from San Andreas, lol

Hey there!

I got the latest version of Liberty Tweaks to work, installed the latest versions of IV-SDK.net and ClonksLoadingLibrary. Going from version 1.4 of the mod to 1.5, I am no longer able to edit values of dynamic fov and fire rate/accuracy in the .ini file. In catsmakaroo's video, I could see those values in the IV-SDK.NET manager menu, but when I go there I do not find any way to access that page. Any help will be refrigerated, poured into a cup and served back to you in the form of a "thank you". Thank you.

I havent tested 1.5 yet but the accuracy and fov  value settings are on the bottom of the  .ini

Hi guys,
Is this still working? I followed the video tutorial and nothing works at all, so i think it's not installed correctly but it's exactly as the vid shows.

FIXED: Found that the issue was i was copying the files from IVSDK folder for Liberty Tweaks  into scripts within GTAIV, instead of specifically needing to be in the scripts folder WITHIN IVSDK.

 


Also is IV Tweaks required? It says it in a comments down below the main OP post, but not in the OP post it's self..?

Edit: disregard, I'm an idiot and made a really silly mistake. The latest version works fine so far, and I'm able to use it with my old vanilla saves thanks to the save corruption being fixed. Fantastic mod, by the way; the recoil feature alone is something I've wanted for years now.

Check the "Show public field(s)" checkbox to get a window with all the configurable things in Liberty Tweaks. In the current pre-release version 1.5 of Liberty Tweaks tho, there's not much to edit yet. But it will be readded and much more organized too!

Sooo... there isn't a way to edit those values in this version, can we? Also, what does VerboseLogging and gxtEntries do?

Not in this version, no. But as its a pre-release version anyway, it will probably be implemented later.

"verboseLogging" is all the stuff that is getting logged in the console so the user or the dev knows what the mod is doing right now.

"gxtEntries" is for the PersonalVehicle feature where it shows a customized message at the top left of the screen. Like it informs you that you can add a tracker to your car.

This was back in ye olden days when I didn't understand how the file loading worked. It's not required anymore, that's why it's not on the original post

Technically you can use it in conjunction, more specifically, yes you can technically use LibertyTweaks with DXVK & IV SDK .NET in one. The .log message goes over this if you try it, I think. I just don't recommend it



Hey guys. Sorry to necro this, wondering if anyone has any guidance or recommendations specifically where this can be looked at to be able to achieve DXVK with LT?

I can't go with one or the other, the QOL from LT is a must-have, but the Performance from DXVK is a must-have.

I think libertytweaks and IVSDK.net work just fine with DXVK

Overtaking fix is freaking amazing, but would be also awesome if you could find the solution for that stupid bridge traffic, which react on the trains beneath (its my guess, might be wrong)

 

And also would be nice to have swich for the car camera. Rn its centered on the driver (seat_dside_f dummy) and its kinda annoying while driving, would be very cool to have the ability to move camera a bit and make it centered by the main dummy, or the chassis dummy, because they are always in the zero position on the scene

All this years I had to use mouse and "tweak" camera to more usable view
